Future Industries was still down, and Asami doesn't know what to do anymore and she doesn't want her employees to be unemployed because she cares for them and their family. Here comes the owner of Cabbage Corp, seeing the opponent it's vulnerable stage he offered to help out (Asami not knowing that the Cabbage Corp owner was behind all this, telling all potential business partners to back out and to be not affiliated to Future Industries unless it is on his hand or power). He proposed to help Future Industries to be back on it's feet by "sharing" his other employers/business partners or give other projects to F.I.(Future Industries), the one catch is that Asami should marry his son Takeru. Asami of coarse refused but CC owner was very persuasive and invited Asami to go to a trip to Northern Water Tribe for a business deal together of coarse with his son Takeru. So, Asami then considered and they went to the 1 week trip to NWT.

(Let's call the ship also Titanic)
Finally, Takeru and Asami met; he's charming a well mannered and gentlemen, two years older than Asami a business minded guy. Takeru, also didn't want to marry Asami just for business matters (he didn't know what his Dad has done and what to do) because he likes another girl. But, his dad was asking him that to be himself and give Asami a chance and surely he'll fall for her and so as for Asami to him. In the first day Asami is very refusal but along the way she tends also to understand Takeru for his Dad always do everything for him which she finds a bit similar to her life.

By the 3rd day a ship which very familiar came and someone had to be in the ship for also he was called to be in NWT together with a few company, fortunately when he was introduced he was General Iroh II. Asami was startled and a bit joyous for someone she knew was on the ship. This run in the different coarse, for Asami and Gen Iroh starting to catch thing up and so on.

Things happened a bit similar to the movie but a twist; General and Asami took off the grand party and went to the Cabins Crew and they partied there together with other members of Iroh's fleet, also Takeru's dad had someone followed Asami and reported everything back. By the next morning at breakfast Takeru and Asami talked, about their feelings of each other and what Asami really wanted for her life and for the company. Takeru understands Asami so he said he's the one to call off the wedding and try to help her with the company without his Dad's help. By the early evening Takeru was going to approach his dad in his room, when fortunately he heard his Dad talking to some partners about what he did for Future Industries former partners and etc. He then confronted his dad and things get's a bit rough. While this was happening Asami and General Iroh was together and you know what happened, then the ship hit an iceberg.

So here we are in the scene now, before Asami went to the little sails Takeru talked to her and told everything he heard and his dad had done. To cut the chase the ship eventually sank, and many got off the ship and since Iroh's fleet isn't that very far they contacted them to help them and so they did. And when they arrived in NTW Asami didn't take the deal and he decided to be with Iroh and reported Takeru's dad to the authority and etc. Takeru and Asami eventually became friends, and now Iroh helped Asami. All of the fleet materials and stuffs are made by Future Industries, also because Iroh is very influential and technically he's the prince he has many connections. And now Future Industries is saved and General Iroh II and Asami Sato are together.
